If you need a more tailored, one on one approach then personal training may be a better option. We have 30 min, 45 min and some 60 min sessions available at selected times during the week. There is the option to have a regular slot/s each week or every now and then to stay on track. A number of personal training clients supplement their sessions with group sessions for a comprehensive fitness solution.

For that one on one attention

Sometimes we all need that one on one attention. If you need a bit of a kick start to get a program going, a regular weekly session/s, guidance on how to do an at home workout, or a simple consult to help with goal setting with either exercise/ nutrition or both then why not consider a personal training session.

Personal Training sessions can be either 30, 45 or 60 mins long.

Your personal training session will be tailored to suit you and your needs. Current PT clients have opted for core and stability work, high intensity fitness, yoga based stretching, resistance workouts using the TRX and kettle bells, as well as incorporating a bit of everything.

I am also able to train pre and post natal ladies, older clients as well as teenagers.

Our personal training fees are charged by the minute!

If you grab a friend then you can split the cost!

Nutritional support

As a personal trainer in Moss Vale I am unable to give out specific dietary plans and advice so in order to provide this very important aspect of health and wellbeing, I work with a company called Metabolic Jumpstart, run by celebrated nutritionist Matt O’Neill. It is a tailored eating plan according to your goals and personal circumstances and supports you every step of the way by means of motivational pod casts, recipes, tip sheets, advice and supportive weekly emails. It isn’t faddy, doesn’t cut food groups, doesn’t relay on meal supplements, just sensible eating habits that set you up for the long term.

Have kids? No problem!

We have a play pen area for your little ones with toys for a variety of ages so you can bring them down and have the play in a safe spot whilst you exercise. If they are older (12+ years) they can work out with you (with prior consent and assessment).

Last Minute PT Club!

Often life gets in the way and PT clients cancel. So I’ve introduced the Last Minute PT club where you can opt in to receive a message when I have a cancellation and you can fill the spot for the bargain price of $25 (normally $45 for 45 minute slot). Sometimes I know at the beginning of the week, other times its the night before. I will send a text and the first person to claim each spot can have it.

This is a great option for those who don’t want regular PT but need an occasional boost in motivation, or you can’t commit to a session each week, or you just want to touch with me and get 45 mins of one on one attention. Train with a friend and its jut $12.50 pp (providing you are after the same style of training). Kids welcome too.
