WHAT IS IT?

A private training session with just you or you and your friend/s.

WHY SHOULD I DO IT?

Sometimes you just need that one on one attention. Maybe you are starting out on your fitness journey, maybe you have a specific goal in mind or maybe you want to play with equipment not always available in a class. It’s also a good choice if you are happier working out in a private setting within our current COVID world. Personal Training slots can be for individuals or small groups of friends. And in our new ‘normal’ you can request zoom PT – a great option if you move away or are in isolation!

WHAT TO EXPECT

30 or 45 minute session

Session tailored to your goals and training preference

Access to equipment not used during class

Can be barre, Pilates, cardio, stretch, strength based - it’s your session!

TIMES & AVAILABILITY

PT slots are available during the week and are popular. If your preferred time slot is not available you can opt to go on the wait list or keep an eye out for our last minute spots. Please note that evening and 9am slots are not available owing to group classes happening at these times.
