Launching for winter 2020 we are responding to demand to include another cardio based class that isn’t necessarily HIIT in nature. On Thursdays at 9am we will now have a cardio class that changes up each week to incorporate a rotation of a boxing inspired class; aerobics; circuits and TRX Cardio. As with all our other classes there are variations for all fitness levels and abilities. A schedule of what class will be on what week will be available within the studio.
